Will be posted as soon as we receive a date from Toys for Tots

Documents needed before you can receive toys. There will be no exception. 

  1. The child (children) must live with custodial parent or guardian.

  2. Picture ID of custodial parent or guardian

  3. Proof of address within last 30 days (telephone, cable, utility bill)

  4. Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, or Medical Card for each child
